By accessing this website or booking services with Parker’s Detail, LLC (“Parker’s Detail,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this website.

Booking & Service Terms

By booking a service online, by phone, or by message, you agree to be bound by:

It is your responsibility to review all terms prior to booking.

Pricing & Services

All pricing and service packages are subject to change at any time without notice.

Final pricing is based on actual vehicle condition, time, labor, and materials required.

Additional charges may apply for excessive condition or work outside the original scope.


Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service or immediately upon early termination.

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Debit/Credit Cards

If a payment method is declined, the Client is responsible for providing an alternative form of payment.

Unpaid balances after 48 hours may be subject to collection actions and additional fees.

Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Service Agreement.

Failure to follow these terms may result in:

  • Fees

  • Forfeiture of deposit

Vehicle Condition & Liability

Clients must remove all personal belongings prior to service.

All vehicles are serviced at the Client’s risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

Parker’s Detail is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Fragile or compromised surfaces

  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle

Liability is limited to the total cost of the service.

Satisfaction Policy

If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We will review and, if necessary, correct any verified issues at our discretion.

Appointment Timing

Arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen delays.

Clients should allow an arrival window of up to 1.5 hours.

Travel Fees

Services within Wichita do not incur travel fees.

Services outside Wichita may be subject to additional travel charges.

Referral & Promotions Policy

Referral programs, discounts, and promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Abuse of referral programs (including fake accounts, spam, or misuse) may result in:

  • Removal of credits

  • Ineligibility for future promotions

Limitation of Liability
